Bacardi Mango Chile rum
Melted honey
Grapefruit juice
2-4 green chillies
For the garnish, you can add a sugared rim with a touch of chile powder adds the perfect finishing touch.
The Bacardi Mango Chile rum has undoubtably become one of my favorite seasonal spirits this year. The taste is mango sweet—with a slight kick at the end. It’s been my secret surprise element in a few of my cocktails , but it works so well as just the star of the show as well. I hope Bacardi chooses to keep this around because I’m truly in love!

Mango Chile Daiquiri Recipe
2 oz Bacardi Mango Chile
1/2 oz melted honey
1 oz grapefruit juice
2-4 green chillies (optional)
Combine all ingredients in shaker. Cut green chillies length wise and scrape seeds into shaker. If you would like a medium spice, start at 2 green chillies. If you’d like hotter, do 3 or 4. If you’d like very mild, skip the chillies all together.
Shake for 15-20 seconds.
Strain and pour into a rocks glass full of ice. Garnish with Tajin or sugar rim. Enjoy!
